Poor customer service I have had my Mercedes for 3 years and have not been satisfied at all with the service department. I was a previous Lexus owner and EVERY detail is a I have had my Mercedes for 3 years and have not been satisfied at all with the service department. I was a previous Lexus owner and EVERY detail is addressed in the most professional manner. HOWEVER, Mercedes just doesn't compare. First of all, the service rep meets you in the waiting room and briefly addresses issues. I had an issue that was over a year old that they had not remediated. They did fix it this time. Upon pickup, I was told to go to the counter to check out. No explanation, no greeting. The service that is done on the vehicle is fine, it's the customer service that is so lacking. Professionalism is lacking. I will not purchase another Mercedes because I don't want to deal with the Service Department. I will run back to Lexus and be treated professionally. More

Absolute Worst Customer Service and Service Deartment Every single time I try and give MBNO a chance they never cease to amaze me with the lack of service offered. With about 4-5 newly “discovered” issues popping The communication is less than poor. It sat for almost a week before they even looked at it. If I could give them a ZERO star rating I would. I have reported this dealership to corporate Mercedes and the BBB. I will never return. Do yourself a favor and travel to do your car servicing with another dealership. It will be worth it in the long run. RUN FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER. ... oh and don’t bother wasting your time with the service manager you wont get anywhere. More
Terrible The day that I got my car back out the shop, the guy had to give my car a jump. So I got tired of always having a broken car and I traded my Mercedes in for something else. I will never purchase another Mercedes again! Horrible cars! More
service I also own a Lexus GS-350. The service department give you a loaner car to use when it is service. Other than that the service was good at Mercedes I also own a Lexus GS-350. Four wheel alignment of 2008 C 300 Sport I recently had two new front tires mounted and the rear tires balanced. I wanted to have a four wheel alignment but the shop that did it was unable I recently had two new front tires mounted and the rear tires balanced. I wanted to have a four wheel alignment but the shop that did it was unable to completely align the vehicle. I drove directly to the Mercedes Benz dealership and spoke to Robert Taylor, my service advisor. He was able to take the vehicle and align it while I waited. I've known Robert since I bought the car in 2008. He always does a superb job. He is the best service advisor I have ever known. More
