Scheduled Service Disappointment I scheduled my MB for service and arrived at my scheduled service time of 7:45am Upon arrival, no one greeted me when I pulled up. I got out of my c I scheduled my MB for service and arrived at my scheduled service time of 7:45am Upon arrival, no one greeted me when I pulled up. I got out of my car, walked in and was eventually greeted by an employee who asked if I had a scheduled appointment which I confirmed. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area and someone would be with me shortly....well after 6 customers (who were greeted and promptly assisted) and 25 mins later, I had not been assisted and NO ONE asked me if I had been helped or needed any assistance. Several Service Advisors (including my own) walked past me as if I was not there! I sent a text to may Advisor (as we had been communicating via the MB texting system) to stated that I had arrived and was waiting....no response! After another 10 mins of waiting, I decided to get in my car and leave! The lack of professionalism and courtesy at this dealership is horrible, but for SO LONG, this has been the only option for MB drivers in this region, I guess they just feel that its not worth going the extra mile to provide the level of service that people would expect from an MB dealership! Everytime I've visited this Dealership's Service Dept, the experience has not been "award-winning" to say the least! More

My Sales Person Mr. Tyson ,My Sales manager Mr. Clay, and the Finance Manager Mr. Will Russ , was all professional ,pleasant, courteous and speedy, they act faster than a drive thru. I went in for a service on my 2015 vehicle and ended up purchasing a new 2019. I must say the finance manager Will Russ was the best , he explained all the extended warranties and the benefits of them. I was very pleased with his performance of expertise. Thanks, to all . More

Heather Melancon, the manager of the Mercedes Benz Collision Center, could not have been more responsive or gracious. I expected a dispute, suggestions that the work had been properly performed, and evasion of responsibility because, unfortunately, that seems the way that consumers get treated in this day and age. I was pleasantly surprised - none of my concerns had a basis in reality. Ms. Melancon quickly acknowledged responsibility, agreed that the work had been improperly performed, took the vehicle in on the spot, and had it ready within a day in perfect shape, just as I had originally expected. My fears of having to deal with the issue for weeks were quickly put to rest. Ms. Melancon is an asset to your company. Her acknowledgment of responsibility was refreshing, and the way that the complaint was dealt with could not have been better. More

On my last service appointment, after my car was in Mercedes possession for almost a week, I got an email a few days later saying they forgot to complete one part of the service and I needed to bring it back. My car was out of town for about a month and when it returned I attempting to reschedule via email and text (ways we were originally communicating) on multiple attempts, I eventually rescheduled online although I had no idea what part of my service actually needed to be completed. No idea why my service was not completed the first time or why it took days for them to share that my service was incomplete. More
