BJ is the best service advisor I have encountered at any dealership. He is responsive, detailed, honest, thourough and goes above and beyond. One word. RUN. This dealership has the worst customer service. No one calls you back, they don’t actually fix your car, and yes the review below is accurate. T RUN. Even after you pay them thousands. I know, the same thing happened to me. The manager Ronnie and Richard have the worst attitudes and WON’T even apologize. Good luck getting this service advisor, Jeremy to call you back. He has no clue what is going on there. Don’t even bother asking for a loaner. Apparently, they don’t have any. This experience with MB Nola is enough for me to never buy a Mercedes again. PS- Don’t waste your time with calling corporate, they don’t do a thing. Hope this helps the next person to never go through what I went through with this dealership. More
Worst experience & extremely horrible customer service. I dropped off my vehicle during after hours. 1. I never received a call to act knowledge my vehicle was there. 2. Richard has been my only point of contact & it’s been a bunch of lies and I’ve been extremely patient for there to be no clear transparency about vehicle from day 1. More

Mercedes Benz of New Orleans have been the worst experience I have ever experienced of five previous dealerships. I thought this would have been the best but it turned out to be the worst from the b experience I have ever experienced of five previous dealerships. I previously experience prejudice faces of Mercedes Benz at the collision center. Very saddened by my experience at such an upscale dealership. The Manger Mike at the collision center is now helping me and promised me he is working this matter More
Scotty is great and any issues I have with my car he takes care of with the best of his abilities. It ducks that right now things are backed up and there really aren’t loaners to give which I can’t blam takes care of with the best of his abilities.
