The dog was fine, but my front daytime running light, headlight washer cover, and side marker were all destroyed. Richard was quick to provide a quote when requested and all parts were readily available. A brand new C-class was ready for the taking while the repairs were being completed which made the rest of my day much easier. I'm usually not one to have others work on my car (I usually prefer to do the work myself) but, there is a peace of mind with leaving my car at Mercedes of New Orleans knowing that the quality of work is up to par with my expectations. In summary, Richard F. and Mercedes of New Orleans continue to produce the treatment and workmanship one would expect from a luxury car dealer. And they have earned my loyalty as a customer. More

Excellent Service!!! I brought my car in because my steering wheel was a little loose. Expertise in some repairs and no experience in others I was satisfy with my recent service. My top was inoperable and it was repaired. But my experience with services in past for 4 years was not satisf I was satisfy with my recent service. My top was inoperable and it was repaired. But my experience with services in past for 4 years was not satisfying. It was disheartening to be told by service manager that there is nothing else they can do for a problem that existed with my car for 4 years. It was exhausting to keep bringing my car back and mercedes kept each time for over a month. It was an insult for corporate office to offer me $500 to purchase preowned car and $2500 to towards a new car. REALLY ! To this day 5 years later my gas indicator still jumps up and down, drops to empty as if there is no gas in it. Yet I am afraid to put car on highway because of inaccurate reading on gas indicator. And u ask me how is service. More

From the person that greets you at your car to the person assisting with the loaner car, smiles and friendliness abound. Due to the fact that most of the clients are dropping their vehicles off first thing in the morning, it is a pleasant way to start the day. The coffee machine is a nice touch as well! :) I especially enjoy talking with Mohammad (Assistant Manager of Customer Service) he always goes beyond what is expected to ensure that the client's needs are met.
