Compressor and Alternator Replacement. I brought my car into MB of New Orleans for I guess you can call it repairs or service. I occassionaly dont have any problems or issues with the servi I brought my car into MB of New Orleans for I guess you can call it repairs or service. I occassionaly dont have any problems or issues with the service but for some apparent reason, this most recent visit makes me almost never want to return. My service advisor has never steered me wrong. So unfortunate he wasn't there that day i came to pick up my car. So after bringing my car in for some replacements, my car was returned to me in the most horrible condition. The exterior was barely washed, the interior had splatters of whatever chemical they has used. There was chemical residue all on the passenger door panel, on the windshield on the inside of the vehicle, coke or coffee spills by the gear stick area, couldnt notice if there was any on the carpet bc my interior is black.... and needless to mention, there was a HUGEEEEE rock chip on my windshield. They must have thought because I am a young female that I wouldn't have noticed... After spending 4k on services,of course i am going to notice. So I walk myself back into the dealership wanting to speaking to an adviser and they send the service manager on duty out.Even better right? Think again.. So he automatically comes out to tell me that that my car was dropped off in that condition. I said no it was not, I would have noticed that HUGEEE rock chip that had literally spread while my car was under their care for an entire week. So he goes in and returns with this generic xxx paper saying that it was marked on the windshield that there was a crack when dropping off...never once have i ever walked around my own car when dropping off for services, so how are you gonna bring this paper to me now? and should they did inspect my car with me the day i dropped it of, any person would have signed and dated to acknowledge it... how do i not know if he just went in to grab that paper and marked it himself? then he service manager had the nerve to tell me he doesnt what to do... well you're going to do something. so what he did was tell me file an insurance claim with my insurance and MB of NOLA will pay for the deductible.. sure and let my premium go up? i think not... second time they tried to take me as a young female who wouldnt know any better. then he tells me he can pay for half. still unfair right? i agree, but whatever. the manager on duty said the only think he could tell me was there are numerous customers who comes in and attempt to deceive the dealership. okay so everyone gets miss-treated based off of another customer's action right? complete bull. SO UPSET. More

Greg in parts is always very friendly, pleasant as well as, he's a great conversationalist. Inspite what I may me going through he ALWAYS brighten my day. Katie in service is very attentive to details when she's working with me and my vehicle. She ensures me that my car will be road worthy when I return for pick up, whether I come in with a service issue or just to have my car routinely serviced. I truly enjoy Greg and Katie my enounter with the both of them everytime I visit Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans! More
I’m a Mercedes-Benz Newby I wanted different floor mats for my CLS and went to Mercedes of New Orleans and Greg was awesome. He it then in for me & Gave me great info on other I wanted different floor mats for my CLS and went to Mercedes of New Orleans and Greg was awesome. not convenient at all I am glad other people have good experiences because none of my experiences have been good. No loaner car, you have to sit and wait basic service requires hours long appt time. I got my car back with a missing wiper blade. Now I call to get a simple question answered and you have to leave a message because you cant get anyone on the phone. The same car was brought in for service in Georgetown Tx and got loaner car and great service. I wont be back More
