Tires I purchased the rim and tire warranty when I bought my vehicle therefore I felt safe in any tire repairs. I woke up one morning to a flat tire my hisb I purchased the rim and tire warranty when I bought my vehicle therefore I felt safe in any tire repairs. I woke up one morning to a flat tire my hisband fixed it but I thought maybe I should get a new one to be safe! I made an appt thi the app for two weeks . I arrived only to be told they need to order the tire it wasn’t in stock. I’m so confused on why if they knew I was coming that two weeks was plenty enough time to have it there. I scheduled another appt for the next three weeks only to get there and no tire . At this visit I was approached the order 4 tire because they were bald for 1700 dollars . I said let’s just start with getting one right. I finally after months of waiting they were able to replace my tire . I’m so thankful something bad didn’t happened with my tire I drive a lot of I interstate driving. I have always purchased Mercedes vehicle because of the service this particular year it sucks and I have no plans to buy another mercedes. My last 4 vehicles the Mercedes service was top notch.
