Another exciting experience! Mercedes has had my business for over thirty years and this 2020 GLE making this my fourth (ML) GLE vehicle (my seventh Mercedes to date). I've seen Mercedes has had my business for over thirty years and this 2020 GLE making this my fourth (ML) GLE vehicle (my seventh Mercedes to date). I've seen the changes for a better and safer automobile. The delivery of my GLE this time was a bit different. I will now see first hand how Mercedes of New Orleans will deal with some unexpected problems i.e., scratches in the paint discovered upon delivery, having to replace the windshield because of sever scuff discovered upon delivery, not the correct wood trim in the interior and not receiving the wood steering wheel I specifically ordered. I took delivery on the promise that these issues would be resolved. I drove my new car for three whole days until arrangements could be made for a loaner car. First I was given a 2019 GLE for a day then was requested to return it and currently driving a GLC (kinda small for me) and honestly Day 5 and my patients are waning. I will now see how a loyal customer is treated, so far I'm not happy! More

I was not pressured to buy a car on the lot which a lot of auto dealers try to force on you. Stephen told me I could order one, though it would take 3 months to get a custom exterior/interior on the model I wanted. I ended up buying a Mercedes GLA which was on the lot in a color I loved. I love this car and feel extremely safe in it. More
