I bought this vehicle from out of state. Everything was good except for the shipment of my vehicle. I was never told when my vehicle was getting shipped and how much it cost. I got a call from the transporter that my vehicle was being delivered to me without any notice from the dealership. When my car arrived it didn't have the necessary paperwork or tag. I called them and they apologized and said it would be shipped overnight. Well it took 2 weeks to get my receipt and tag. I was told it was Expressed on Thursday and I would get a tracking number. Of course it didn't happen until I emailed the Finance Office to get the status. I finally received my papers after a week of the classic runaround. I was not pleased because it makes me feel like you have my money so you're not important after the sale. Not sure who dropped the ball but I won't recommend this dealership to anyone that does out of state buying. More

Mercedes Benz of New Orleans have been the worst experience I have ever experienced of five previous dealerships. I previously experience prejudice faces of Mercedes Benz at the collision center. Very saddened by my experience at such an upscale dealership.
