I was satisfied with the salesman, ie Mike Tyson, until the sale was completed. Then he seemed to get very vague. I questioned him about various aspect of the Mercedes Me Connect and didn’t receive accepta the sale was completed. Then he seemed to get very vague. In fact he sent me to service and spoke to several people and they sent me back to sales, and another salesman got involved and he couldn’t answer the concerns. The sales manager told service that. Wasn’t hooked up to the app, but Tyson disagreed. Also, my clock in the car has a different time every time I get in the car, but service doesn’t know how to fix it...I left the house at 11:00 and the clock read 7:03, but when getting back into car it read the right time...but it’s not fixed!! More

I am on my second vehicle from this dealership. Vehicles are good, but awful customer service. On multiple occaisons, Advisor Robert Taylor was unhelpful, unresponsive, and didn't do what he said he was goi are good, but awful customer service. After going to the Service Manager, Richard Freidrichs, to request a new advisor, Richard said he would get me one, but that didn't happen. He then said he would handle my warranty issues himself. Well that didn't happen either. When I asked why they were not handling my warranty issue timely, he then lied to me. When I told him he was incorrect in what he told me about my service appointments and parts he ordered, he made excuses and lied about it again. He tried to blame someone else, and I told him can't do that, he needs to look in the mirror, as he was the one who made the promises to me. Probably my last MB and only because of the service department. More
