A little back s Sales Manager at Mercedes Benz of New Orleans are CON ARTISTS! I purchased at brand new 2023 C300 from Warren at MB-NO in March 2023. A little back story, I've been looking around for the C300 that I wanted and I finally found it at MBNO. I reached out online about the vehicle and shortly after, Warren gave me a call and said the vehicle is still available. I told him I was on my way to see it. Once I got there Warren claimed the vehicle needed an update. This would be my 3rd Mercedes Benz, so I wasn't concerned about seeing it first because of my previous purchase history with Mercedes Benz in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Alpharetta, GA! I never had any issues with the Mercedes Benz brand, so I didn't think there would be any issues.I trusted what he said and I filled out the paperwork thinking by time I was done with all of that, the vehicle would be done updating and I'd be on my way home. Mind you I drove from Baton Rouge, LA. Hours later, Warren tells me the vehicle needs more updating. He gave me two options.... Option 1, they keep the vehicle over the weekend and update the vehicle on Monday. Option 2, drive it home and bring it back on Monday. Well... I choose option 2... I purchased a new vehicle I wanted to drive it home and show my family! I was very excited! While driving home I noticed that the parktronic was not working. At random times, the vehicle would make a loud beeping sound and the camera would pop on and have a red circle with X's around the vehicle (circle suppose to be blue on the camera). I bring the vehicle back for an update on Monday morning and while I am waiting, Warren gave me a loaner to ride around.... After riding around from 9am-2pm, I go back to the dealership of MBNO and Warren proceeds to say that I should leave and go home and they will call when it's ready! At that point I'm thinking its more serious then just a simple update. I leave in the loaner and head home. Days go by.... no update. I call and they give me this spill about this is a needle in the haystack situation... it could be anything that is causing the parktronic to not work.... A month later after trying to get updates everyday and nothing happens... General Sales Manager called and told me that my vehicle is fixed! I came to pick up my vehicle same day when they were closing and as soon as I drove off, my car beeped loud and had the red circle around my car on the camera! THE PARKTRONIC system was not fixed! I called Jason back and he answered the phone puffing his breath and sounding frustrated that I was calling back about my vehicle! He told me to bring it back on Monday with an attitude in his voice. I decided to not bring it back and wanted to drive it around for a month or so to see if the parktronic fixed itself or something...being hopeful. IT DID NOT! Long story short, my vehicle is still at the shop and now it's at Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge and it's been there for 2 months! I told Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge the whole story and they told me that most likely Mercedes Benz of New Orleans knew that the car had the issue before selling it to me! I still don't know when this issue will be fixed. It would've been nice to have decent people be honest with me from the beginning. These cars are BIG investments and to think I was scammed here is heartbreaking. NEVER PURCHASE FROM WARREN OR JASON! More

The worst service I have experienced from a dealer. I HAD a 2020 glc300 the window controls had broken off completely twice the first time they replaced them for free the second time I had to pay $300 I HAD a 2020 glc300 the window controls had broken off completely twice the first time they replaced them for free the second time I had to pay $300 to replace a faulty design that I asked my rep if this was a normal defect in the design or was it just my car she replied it was a regular defect in all the glc’s. When I went to pick up my car I could not find a service rep I went to ask the parts department they told me to go look for my rep. This dealership has declined in the last few years no loaners still and because of this I’m done I just traded in my car for a new Lexus and I love it. More
