Customer service is their #1 priority and they take it to the next level. They even sent a runner with the used car paperwork to me so my buyers did not have to drive to Metairie either. That was my experience at a different luxury dealer in New Orleans but not at Mercedes-Benz. I reached out to MBNO about a certain certified C300 and Steven Bui got back to me right away and we set up a test drive. A few days later, I got to the dealer, and we went on a drive while Steven explained the car’s features. At no point during the drive did he pressure me or start talking about money. A couple hours later, I was off and away in my new ride. Steven and finance director Vic Jones made the buying process simple, easy-to-understand, and stress-free! A few days later, I realized one of the accessories that should have been inside was missing. I reached out to Steven and we got it taken care of.
