Great Mercedes Service I bought my S350 at Mercedes of Natick 6 years ago and have had it serviced there since. I feel that the workmanship is excellent there. Even though I live on Cape Cod, I feel it's well worth my time to have my car serviced at Mercedes of Natick by mechanics that know my car. Fred Romsey is my service advisor and he has always been fantastic at keeping me informed as to the service and repairs needed and there progress. Service for battery drain. The issue was searched to guarantee what was causing the problem. No verifiable cause was found after analysis so maybe just something loose.
