Amazing experience at Service Department My recent visit to the Mercedes dealership to have my car was amazing! I had a Service representative for several years and loved him. He left the d My recent visit to the Mercedes dealership to have my car was amazing! I had a Service representative for several years and loved him. He left the dealership a couple years ago. My visit after his departure was so disappointing. The rep was not at all comparable to my previous rep. When I called to make this appointment I told the lady scheduling the service appointments how I felt about my previous visit and that rep. This time she assigned me to Adrian Pena. HE IS AMAZING! He is the prime example of what a PERFECT representative should be like. He was waiting for me and he was so friendly. Within a few minutes he made me feel very appreciated and like we had known each other for years. He had arranged a loaner for me for convenience. I had forgotten to tell him I was preparing to fly out of town the next day. When I remembered to tell him he just smiled and said "No problem". He went to the desk and they made some adjustments to have my car moved up on the list and finished before I had to leave town. He didn't admonish me or make me feel bad he just handled it with a smile. We talked a little bit about our families and when I left there I was smiling and laughing. My time with him was truly the HIGHLIGHT of my day. Who can ever say that? Normally people dread taking their car in for service but he was AWESOME! I hope the company appreciates him as much as I do because I'd like him to be my rep for many years to come. His service and expertise was so superb it could absolutely be the reason I choose to buy another Mercedes. Thank you Adrian!!! More

Best customer service around I recently brought my Mercedes Benz c250 in for an alignment and during the entire process everyone was extremely friendly and making sure I was being I recently brought my Mercedes Benz c250 in for an alignment and during the entire process everyone was extremely friendly and making sure I was being taken care of. Everyone walking by had a smile on their face and not a person walked by without saying hello or checking on me to see if I needed help. Since the alignment was going to take a while, they put me in a rental so I can go on with my day and not have to wait around and they offered to drop off my car wherever I was at the time and pick up the rental so there was no inconvenience. It was my only day off for the week and they made sure I was able to still enjoy it and go on with my day. I could not have asked for a better experience. I want to thank Joe Politi, Adrian Pena and the entire Mercedes Benz for the great experience ?? More

Felt like my buddies at my house doting over my car. 7 year old SL 550, and they acted like it was brand new. I was about to leave after having a new battery installed, and they didn't like the way the l year old SL 550, and they acted like it was brand new. I was about to leave after having a new battery installed, and they didn't like the way the lights came on. An hour after service closed and four techs out of uniform later, they examined and reexamined service diagnostics until THEY were happy. So I was happy. Wow! No extra charge. At the Mercedes dealer. They had me at, "Hang on a second." More
