Prior to leaving Cincinnati Ohio, we had the car serviced and were told brakes were getting near changing. After a very difficult drive to Florida my husband was concerned the brakes were not safe. Mr. Randall Hamme was our service advisor and was absolutely outstanding along with the excellent mechanics at Naples Mercedes!
