Excellent service every time throughout the dealership. I was met at my car as I drove up. The attendant called my service rep. Daniel Smith (Smitty) who came out to take me to his office while my car was I was met at my car as I drove up. The attendant called my service rep. Smitty was courteous, efficient and personable when he wrote up my service order, which took very little time. I didn't require a courtesy car but one was available should I have done so. Smitty texted me as I left in case I had any questions and he also texted me when my car was ready for collection. Everything was done as expected and the car was washed and cleaned at no charge, which I really appreciated. More

Service Adviser to solving mechanical Issues. Issues with with intermittent starting the truck (STILL NOT RESOLVED) Recall on air bag, service performed, Now passenger seat does not recognize that Issues with with intermittent starting the truck (STILL NOT RESOLVED) Recall on air bag, service performed, Now passenger seat does not recognize that someone is sitting there. Truck has less than 10,000 miles. Sent email out to the salesman who sold me the truck still waiting for some kind of response. I don't get it. More

Great service but.. Have been taking my 2015 E250 Bluetec 4Matic for service since purchase. Service advisor Daniel Recendes is top notch, knowledgeable, patient and full Have been taking my 2015 E250 Bluetec 4Matic for service since purchase. Service advisor Daniel Recendes is top notch, knowledgeable, patient and fully explains both service completed and options available. Dealership is clean even though under construction. But.... Here’s the catch.... Mercedes Benz ALWAYS offers a loaner, this dealership, through new management still offers a loaner, with 50 miles to use per 24 hours of possession of the loaner. If you own a business or live greater than 10 miles of the dealership, you’re paying additional for any miles over 50. In my case, I own a business, was 2200 miles over service, waited 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment, and had a consultation in Sarasota 144 miles each way.I had to cancel the consultation costing my company a 3,000.00 refinish job. Total crap as far as I’m concerned as when going to a dealership you are paying above top tier mechanic rates which the new management raised as well. So my service was more expensive, and I was tethered to 5 miles from my house while being charged more money than the last service A. Over all I would still recommend this dealership solely on my service advisor Daniel, but would recommend complaining about mileage limitations placed on a loaner that you are paying for through your service. I switched from BMW to Mercedes because the vehicle overall was better monies spent, with a car that easily gets 40MPG on the highway, and had every option I wanted for 8% less than the BMW. But at least there I was NEVER limited on what miles I could drive on a loaner, including a 3400 mile trip to Pa. from south Florida while my BMW was in for service and I had an emergency to attend to. MERCEDES BENZ OF NAPLES, REMEMBER WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS WILLING TO PAY FOR DEALER SERVICE RATES, YOU DONT HAVE A REPAIR FACILITY. Appreciate your excellent employees, and appreciate your customers. My car only needed a recall for Takita airbags, yet My service advisor, Jackie, is the best. She makes sure EVERYTHING is done properly and on time.
