Leased & purchased a Mercedes here. One of the benefits was being able to bring the car in for a free car wash. Stopped by in February and was told they decided to stop offering car w One of the benefits was being able to bring the car in for a free car wash. I made an appointment with service for replacement of an air strut. They told me the part was in stock but when I showed up for my appointment the service advisor John Chaffo told me the part would take two air strut. They told me the part was in stock but when I showed up for my appointment the service advisor John Chaffo told me the part would take two days to get. When I questioned him about why I was told the part was in stock he asked what are you going to do yell at me now. Very poor customer service. Went to an independent repair shop and ended up over $400 less than he had quoted me. Will never step foot in this dealership again even though I am shopping for a new S class More

out of town with a flat tire arrived after hours for service meet service manger who allowed us to park our sprinter/ Thor / camper over night so we could repair tire the next day [Saturday ] .we felt service meet service manger who allowed us to park our sprinter/ Thor / camper over night so we could repair tire the next day [Saturday ] .we felt very safe and appreciated the service mangers understanding of our problem .the next morning the service opened and got us right in .the whole service department was very professional .again a very well deserved thank you More
