When Mercedes-Benz of Music City came to town, I contemplated changing my service to them, but when my present repair shop (they were closer to my wor When Mercedes-Benz of Music City came to town, I contemplated changing my service to them, but when my present repair shop (they were closer to my work place) moved to Franklin, Tennessee, I decided to try Mercedes-Benz of Music City. I am glad I did! Customer service is wonderful! The representative I always work with is Stanley Carmichael. Mr. Carmichael keeps me informed thru texts or phone calls on whatever work is needed and makes sure I get exactly what is needed, nothing more. The employees are all professional, the dealership is clean, spacious and a pleasant place to wait. They even provide snacks! The other repair shop only provided coffee and/or tea and whoever the repair person was damaged the material on the inside, plus their customer service was not the best. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Music City. More
