Wow! I could not have asked for a better experience at Music City Mercedes Benz. Chris Popin and his colleague David Bartol were great to work with. This is my 3rd new Mercedes Benz purchased from Mercedes Benz of Music City in the past 4 years. I love my new AMG GLE 63 S Coupe! I have purchased a new S 580 and a GLE 450 also in the past. Chris made the purchase very easy. All paperwork was done before I came to the dealership. All I had to do was come exchange my current car for my new one and drive home. After sale experiences are the best. Wonderful customer lounge to wait while your car is being serviced.

This dealership has been the most shady and dishonest group that we have ever dealt with. We purchased a G63 from them from pictures and speaking with the salesman about the condition. According to him everything was perfect with the vehicle and it was Mercedes certified so if anything was wrong then it would be fixed by my local dealer. After purchase in Nashville, we set out on our trip back to Charlotte. Before we even got home we noticed a rattle in the rear and the brakes began to squeak. Within a few days the key fob wouldn’t work to start the engine. After taking to my local dealer they refused to repair any of this because the dealer we purchased it from, Mercedes of Music City, should have corrected the problems before certifying it. Turns out the brakes needed replacing, the rattle in the rear was a loose door panel and the key wasn’t working because the starter battery needed to be replaced. After all of this was reported back to Mercedes of Music city they refused to pay to have these issues repaired. So, after paying for the vehicle I am left with a $10k bill to pay for the repairs. DO NOT trust this dealership as the salesmen and management are dishonest and they don’t care about screwing anyone over!
