Recently my wife Linda and I were driving down I 40 on the way home and we had a tire issue. It blew out and we had to pull over immediately. It was in the middle of the night and we need help. In a last resort effort to get timely assistance we called Mercedes Benz of Music City – it was after hours and amazingly the response was immediate from Kevin Taylor. He personally came to where we were and went above and beyond normal expectations. He even used lug nuts off his personal car because the ones on our vehicle were stripped.
