We just had our very first visit to Mercedes-Benz of Music City where we had the good fortune and pleasure of meeting Scott Halpern. Scott is the sales associate that helped us in choosing our new vehicle, and now he's not only our sales person, but also our friend. He absolutely bends over backwards to assist in each and every way that he possibly can. He never rushed us and he never made us feel that he needed to be moving on and doing something else. Instead he spent time with us, showing us several vehicles and their individual features and characteristics. He introduced us to other associates in departments throughout the dealership, and in every case, we felt genuine appreciation and friendliness. The inventory of available models is extensive and we found several that peaked our interests before deciding on the perfect one for us. We didn't get our deal finalized until after closing so we and Scott were among the last to leave. My wife and I were in separate vehicles, and she had to stop to just outside the dealership to get some things in order before continuing on. I turned around to make sure she had everything she needed. Later I received a phone call from Scott. The manager of dealership had seen be turn around and my old vehicle and had called Scott because he was concerned something was wrong.
