One of the things that really impressed me about him is that when he put me in the loaner car he gave me explicit directions on things I needed to know about this new car that were not the same on mine, so I felt comfortable and confident driving away. That is something one doesn't think about very often, but it is important when it happens! Also, getting in touch with me was a challenge that Travis met with a smile. Between a cell phone and a home phone that were never in the right place that day, he ended up leaving multiple messages all over. I apologized but he took it as all in a day's work - what a man! I'm glad this dealership is on my side of town! More
