Worst experience ever. No one touched my car in a day and a half. I had an appointment at 0830, around 3:30 I was told That my car would take 5 hours of work. I dropped of No one touched my car in a day and a half. I had an appointment at 0830, around 3:30 I was told That my car would take 5 hours of work. I dropped off my car at 0830, I guess other people were priority over me even though I had an appointment at 0830. All I heard from Nicole was a bunch of “I cant promise you anything but I will make sure we get to your car”. My car stayed over night thinking they would work on it on Saturday. I called Nicole and she told me that they dont work on complicated car issues, it is a day of doing minor jobs. Then why would she tell me to leave my car. She then said that they will work on it on Monday. So I guess everyone at MB think that we dont have jobs of our own or any other responsibilities other then to wait for their mechanics to work on our vehicle. I will NEVER GO BACK TO YOUR MB dealership. I rather drive 3 hours away to get my services done. Please do not call me for anything. I hope someone above Nicole reads this and take action on not only poor performance but the lack of leadership present as I asked to speak to someone higher than her and she gave me some lame excuse. Read this and IMPROVE from it. More

The express service was excellent. Regina was able to get my car in the service bay and explain to me exactly what was going to happen.
