I’m very disappointed with Mercedes service. My car has been in for over a week on three different occasions, and each time the loaner car was dirty and restricted to only 75 miles. My experience was not good, my service advisor was not attentive too updating me nor , did the person present themselves at the pickup of my vehicle which had been at the dealer for over 2 months . My car was not washed nor did the scope of the problem went over with me or explained.Just here’s your keys . I am with someone , I don’t have time for you .
