The customer service at this dealership has completely gone down hill. My car was returned dirty and it went in having just been washed, there was no pre-service communication, a 30% increase in service gone down hill. Excellent service, however, the car could have been cleaner upon pickup. I'm used to having the car washed and vacuumed as a courtesy. When picked up the plastic was still on the seat, the paper floor cleaner upon pickup. I'm used to having the car washed and vacuumed as a courtesy.
