After explaining I really didn't want to buy on impulse, the sales people were very understanding. When I came back a few weeks later the car had been sold. Chris spent the next two months looking for another car for me with the same features, meanwhile keeping me informed of his progress. At times, he had found something close, but I really had my heart set on one set of features, so he kept searching until he found exactly what I wanted. On top of the excellent service I received from Chris, everyone else at the dealership is very professional, and I believe they have the best prices in the area. More

Outstanding As my lease was ending on my 2011 Lexus IS250 I decided to look at upgrading into a Lexus GS 350. After a brief conversation with a Lexus sales associ As my lease was ending on my 2011 Lexus IS250 I decided to look at upgrading into a Lexus GS 350. After a brief conversation with a Lexus sales associate I was very disappointed in not fulfilling my payment I was looking for. I was a true Lexus Customer for 10 years leasing an ES300, ES330 and 2 IS250's. So after days of pondering I decided Lexus was not interested in my business and went on Holloway Motor Cars of Manchester website. Upon reviewing their site I was interested in a 2008 SClass and called to inquire about it. I was given to Chris Thibodeau to discuss payments on that vehicle. After a few emails back and forth between us and Chris trying very hard to massage the payment I was looking for, he offered me two other style vehicles to fit my budget. First was a 2011 EClass to purchase and the second was a 2014 C Class to lease. Both were vehicles were close to my budget and style. Chris offered me to visit him and to test drive those vehicles and to answer any questions about them. I took up the invitation an made the hour and half drive to do so. When I arrived at the Dealership I went inside and was greeted by a polite professional named Heather Morin. I asked for Chris and he came from his office and I was greeted with a huge smile and a handshake. After talking for a few minutes to get to know each other he offered me to take those two vehicles for a test drive. So Chris and I test drove three vehicles that day, the 2011 EClass , 2014 C Class and the 2014 CLA. Consequently it came down to two of them, the EClass and the CLA. Chris ran some numbers for me and I wanted to take a few days and discuss it with my fiancée which was on a Tuesday. On Friday my fiancée took a ride to the Dealership and test drove both the E Class and the CLA with Chris. She fell in love with the 2011 EClass and ultimately that was my decision to purchase that vehicle. I just want to note that Chris Thibodeau had taken time to treat me like as if I was a "long time" valued customer speaks VOLUMES about him. I'm looking forward to working with him and servicing my 2011 EClass at Holloway Motors. Thank you again Chris Thibodeau for your Outstanding Service!!!!! More

Steve worked through some difficult tasks and his hard work did not go unnoticed. I just recently relocated to NH and needed a service center for my Mercedes. Steve and his team were caring and helpful throughout the entire process start to finish (2 days). I was in for a routine service B and also had a concern about my drivers side seat motor. A couple months back there was a grinding noise and I decided to stop using the seat adjustment motor immediately. The motor was detached and on the floor according the diagnostic test that was done. Steve worked diligently to see if a 3rd party vendor "QualityGuard+Plus" would cover this mechanical failure under my current warranty. QualityGuard+Plus will not cover this repair due to missing parts. I have decided to file a complaint and appeal the decision. I am working to get reimbursed for the fees through QualityGuard+Plus. Steve provided exceptional customer service throughout my experience even when things seemed to be negative. All in all a great experience and I drove off the lot a happy customer with Holloway Motors of Manchester. I will be back for service and future purchases. Thanks Steve for a great experience! More
I have had a Mercedes Benz automobile of one model or another in my garage for over fifty years and, as a result, have had many experiences with many dealerships in several states. My dealings with Hollo another in my garage for over fifty years and, as a result, have had many experiences with many dealerships in several states. My dealings with Holloway Motors of Manchester NH have been without any doubt the very best ever in that fifty years. Currently, I have four MB's in my garage and they are all in perfect condition. For this I primarily thank the efforts of Jessica Hempfling, the service advisor who has taken care of all my automotive needs for several years. Her careful choice of the appropriate items to be addressed at each visit to the service department has resulted in a most cost effective program of maintenance. Additionally, her choice of the "best suited" technician for the service has resulted in work well done and to my extreme satisfaction and by the way, I am hard to please! I continue to recommend Holloway Motors to all my automotive friends base on these experiences. Thank you. More

It's been 10 yrs since I purchased a vehicle. I decided 2014 would be the year to do so and started researching vehicles ~ 6 months ago. I narrowed it down to a C-Class and decided to visit the dealership just to look around even though I was ~ 2 months away from my scheduled purchase in March. My family and I arrived at the dealership on a Friday evening when the staff was walking out because they had closed for the day, and Chris greeted us and offered to show us around even though he was on his way out and it was cold and raining. He explained the different features and allowed us to look at as many cars as we wanted to. I told him I'd be hopefully purchasing a vehicle in March so we'd follow up then to see if we could make a deal. ~ a month later he called to follow-up and forwarded me pictures of vehicles he thought I'd be interested in based on our prior conversation. When the time came to purchase we setup an appt, met with him, and made a sale that day. He was not at all pushy, and though I was indecisive in selecting a vehicle, he was extremely patient with us and at no time did I feel he was annoyed, arrogant or deceptive. Trust me when I tell you we are not easily fooled and we do our homework way ahead of time. The sale, customer service and overall experience could not have gone any smoother. I would not only recommend Holloway but return as a customer someday when I get tired of my new car which won't be anytime soon :-). But I'll be back for service. More
Vaughn was very professional and knowledgable. We ended up ordering a vehicle and were very happy with his ability to get us exactly what we wanted. Vaughn made the process painless and kept us informed as to where our vehicle was, on the assembly line, on the boat at the port etc. We would definitely buy another vehicle at this dealership and would be happy to work with Vaughn again. I moved to Nashua, NH a couple of years ago and started using Holloway Mercedes in Manchester for service on my C300 Lease I had originated at another Mercedes Dealership while living in Massachusetts. During this time I got to know Lou Gangi, the best car salesman I have ever dealt with to date. I had put together some numbers with Lou and Todd Page (Finance Manager) for a GLK350 Lease that I was going to start when my C300 lease was up. While waiting for the GLK I had ordered, I was contacted from the Mercedes dealership which I originated my C300 lease at - and shared the numbers that Lou and Todd had put together for me. The Massachusetts Mercedes dealership put together VERY aggressive numbers (so much so I could now get into an ML350) in an attempt to retain my business. Lou and Todd not only matched these numbers, but significantly BEAT them without question. They even threw in a set of all weather mats for my new ML350 On top of this Lou and Todd did everything at my convenience over the phone and / or email with no pressure at all - with the utmost level of professionalism. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Holloway, Lou, and Todd. I would recommend Holloway, Lou, and Todd to anyone looking for the BEST price around (I verified this at a third Mercedes dealership who told me they didn't understand how Holloway was giving me this pricing they must be LOSING money); and a stress free buying experience. On top of all of this, I would also like to point out that their service department is nothing short of spectacular and has given me 5 star service on my C300 lease over the past couple of years. - Matt C.
