The time came yesterday to trade in my vehicle, as it had 75000 miles on it, and the warranty was about to expire. There was no question in my mind that I wanted the same vehicle, as I really loved it (GLK 350) - and knew that I wanted to work with Deb Silva, since my previous experience with her 5 years ago was second to none! I was at the dealership for nearly 7 hrs, as I was test driving several different cars, and having difficulty deciding what car I wanted. Deb was WONDERFUL!! She dedicated 100% of her time and attention to me and my sale. I drive a hard bargain...and she worked with her manager to get the deal I wanted!! I've come to know and trust Deb as a friend over the years, and I had zero second thoughts about buying a Mercedes from her. I decided to go with the new Bluetech Diesel technology, and I absolutely LOVE the car that I picked out. Chris Thibodeau met us at the reception desk and we immediately felt very comfortable with him. He is upfront, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. The vehicle was all set to go we got a nice test drive and then sat down to negotiate. No one pushed Gap insurance or extended warranties down our throats, we weren't "two manned" and always felt easy about getting up and walking out if we didn't like the deal. The only other person who talked with us was Todd Page the finance manager, his presence was brief, friendly, and actually surprisingly pleasant. If you are in the market for a nice used or new Mercedes, check these guys out, they are painless. More

Jessica is extremely accommodating when scheduling your service and will reserve a car for your transportation needs. She knows what service needs to be done and what is involved with each service. There have been a few times when I had to describe a sound under the hood and she immediately recognized the issue. She has incredible knowledge of Mercedes products that makes me as an owner feel very comfortable leaving my car. Jessica has the ability to put her customers at ease with her friendly personality, honesty and integrity. And it doesn't stop there at Mercedes. The technicians are just as friendly and knowledgeable when explaining what they performed on your vehicle. Top notch service is expected and given. From the sales staff to the service department, I will be a repeat customer when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. More
