My sales professional, Mike Resto, was fantastic! Out of all of the people I dealt with, he was the best. He was very accommodating of any request I had, was always available to answer any question I had, and was always in a great mood. Mike’s knowledge is an asset that helped to make my buying experience better. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star rating was the way one of the sales managers acted when speaking with you. He would be very nice when talking directly to you, but then would speak very sarcastically about whatever you said in front of you. Other than that minor hiccup, I had a great experience at this dealership and will definitely recommend it to others and stop by for my next car purchase. A+ rating! More

Not happy with my experience I had an appointment weeks in advance and told them I would need a loaner. I got a crappy Jeep from Enterprise Rental. Strike one. I told them fine, I couldn't get back to the dealer until about 2:30pm anyway. Car was not done at 2:30pm. I test drove another Mercedes and killed some time in sales. At 4:15 the car was still not done. The car was not ready for me until almost 5pm, easily 3 hours after they said it would be done. Strike two. I was in a minor fender bender a few days before, and asked about getting a repair estimate. The service department greeters told me they don't do estimates but could arrange to get Prestige to give an estimate since the car would be there several hours. When I finally got the car at almost 5pm, they DID NOT get the estimate done AND it was too late for me to go to Prestige to get the estimate. Strike three. Not sure I would buy a new car here, and not sure I will return here for service. There are other Mercedes dealers closer to me -- I went out of my way when it was Holloway Motors. Having second thoughts about returning here for anything, to be honest. More
Long wait I had an appointment at 11am for service, for a e-brake pad change. I did not leave until 5:45pm....I was in the waiting room for nearly 7 hours....I I had an appointment at 11am for service, for a e-brake pad change. I did not leave until 5:45pm....I was in the waiting room for nearly 7 hours....I was billed for 3 hours of labor. Why was I there for an extra 3.5 hours? Only once did someone update me, at 3:30pm, apologizing and saying they would be done at 4:30. At 5:30, with no updates, I tracked someone down who mananged to get me out of there. Once paid, they said my van would be out front, but it was not and I had to look around the lot to find it. More

They gave me a realistic timeframe for completion of the work and I was able to get in and out quickly. Upon receiving a phone call at the time they outlined, they gave me a brief summary of the work performed. I was able to pick up my car after work. It was spotless, clean inside and out.
