Then the service manager tried to tell my wife that he’ll show her the expense report and it’s costly to have loaners, isn’t that why you pay a premium at the dealer for service? Isn’t that why you buy a premium brand for premium service without compromise or in this case whining? Stay away from this racket. More

Great service I went in to have my temporary inspection sticker replaced to a permanent one. I had no appointment and said I needed to be in and out in 30 mins. The I went in to have my temporary inspection sticker replaced to a permanent one. I had no appointment and said I needed to be in and out in 30 mins. They not only got me right in but also washed and vacuumed my car and had it back to me in 25mins! Amazing service! More

I was greeted in such a lovely manner (as always!) and was directed to a customer service representative named Stephanie who promptly checked me in and made sure that all my needs and concerns were listed for the mechanics who would be performing my service. She was very friendly, caring and thoughtful. I felt comfortable and confident that everything would go well. I had already decided to stay in the waiting room which I knew from past experience was very comfortable and well equipped with coffee, drinks and snacks. Once my service was complete, Stephanie led me to the check out desk. The representative there was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I entered my vehicle (which was washed) and drove home all the while thinking about my wonderful service experience. My vehicle is running well and I am looking forward to my next service. Congratulations to all of the staff at Mercedes Benz of Manchester for providing such excellent service! More
