Worst Service Ever! I went in to service my car after spinning out on the highway- both service advisor(Roger Trabously) AND manager of Service & parts( Jason Lavalley) I went in to service my car after spinning out on the highway- both service advisor(Roger Trabously) AND manager of Service & parts( Jason Lavalley) had zero empathy with me! Pressured me to that in order to put my car on the lift to see what was wrong, I HAD to buy two new tires from then first in order to proceed. When I asked if they can just give me a diagnostic test (and I would pay for the test) they declined and said that I have to buy the tires first in order to proceed! Roger was so linear and straight to the point with zero emotion and empathy towards my situation. He just kept repeating himself and making me feel in superior to him. I couldn’t take the belittling any longer and asked to speak to his boss. He smirked, shrugged his shoulders and in a cocky stance said, “sure”(almost as if he knew what was about to happen). He went out back for 10 minutes, leaving me there alone, and finally came out with Jason. Immediately, I could tell whose side Jason was on(with out him even speaking to me)- and it was not mine. Roger had a big smile on his face while I was talking to Jason- I asked Jason if we could chat alone with out Roger. We went into Jason’s office and I shut the door for privacy(I was very uncomfortable with Roger). I explained my concern to Jason. He would not let me finish and every other word he would speak over me. Usually I am not intimidated by men at all, as I have been in sales and customer service for over 18 years. This time was different. Jason continued to tell me that I was wrong and that he was not going to lend me a rental if I didn’t buy the tires from Roger. He said that there is nothing he can do. I was boarderline in tears- I now have no drivable car, and can not get home, unless I buy these tores(and we do not even know for sure if anything else is wrong yet). I told him that I would just tow the car out and bring it somewhere else so someone could fix it & tell me what’s wrong- at this point based on their demeanor, professional level and disrespect, I did not trust anyone that I had interacted with. They made me feel stupid and incompetent. They also hanged up on my in the lobby (where everyone else can see and hear) trying to convince me I was wrong and they were right. I have never been so disrespected in my life! Worse experience ever! I will make sure that no matter what- I will never step foot into this dealership. I will make the trip to Portsmouth NH (next closest one) or go back to the dealerships in BOSTON(where I had experiences that made me feel like an appreciated customer) not like a bother. Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service i am greeted by some of the Servicing your vehicle can be stressful. NOT at Mercedes-Benz of Manchester! Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service i am greeted by some of the most kind a courteous employees. Stephanie my service advisor is beyond knowledgeable, she kept me updated through out my whole service process. She really makes you feel at ease while dealing with the stress of car repairs. Kudos to you Stephanie, thank you for a highline experience! You will be highly recommend. More

Numerous problems with service Not only are the folks there rather rude and dont return calls, necessitating number calls to them, they recently completed work on my car, including Not only are the folks there rather rude and dont return calls, necessitating number calls to them, they recently completed work on my car, including replacing sway bar links—and only to discover after the car was returned (and a noisy rear end) the technician FORGOT to replace the sway bar link bolts on both sides! Service folks tole me that was impossible....not only are they incompetent but wrong. I have to have sway bar links rebolted to the car. I would strongly recommend not using their services. More
