None of it was a good experience Went in knowing what I wanted. Had to inform Mark of the amount I would not go over at least five times. Even had to write it down to show him. They processed the transaction with a $1500 deposit without even running it past me. Signed the paperwork and then arranged for the car to be delivered to me which Mark did not contact me about until the night of the first day he said he was going to deliver it. Had a question about the financial paperwork and asked for him to email it to me which he never did along with him saying he would have the finance manager to call me to answer my questions which he never did. Took over a week and the car was never delivered and I ended up driving 2 hours to pick it up. Received the car and it was not full of gas and there was a dead bug in the back window. The back seat had a huge box taking up the whole length of the back seat of a part he noticed was cracked and had “replaced “ then proceeded to tell me it was around the same amount of my deposit that I was never asked to put down. Then before finishing and leaving he proceeded to tell me about this survey and said “ only tens are good and to if not going to give a ten just don’t bother taking the survey for he will be charged back ( referring to his commission)”. I will never go back to that dealership and if anyone ask me I would recommend for them not to go either. More
