I'm a 63 year old man whom has bought many vehicles for me and my children throughout the years. I have bought Corvettes, Hummers, Range Rovers and many others. My vast exchanges with car salesmen and dealerships have never been positive because of their deceptive, condescending and patronizing tactics with their sole intention to make the most money of a single sale by manipulating and exploiting purchasers insecurities and lack of knowledge. I have never allowed such tactics. That being said, let me tell you about Mercedes-Benz of Manchester. I spent a couple of months looking for a new car from California to Florida and I spoke to many dealerships. I used the Internet to look at dealerships all over the US. Look at their inventories and pricing methodologies. Like always, some wouldn't discuss pricing and others added $5K-$10k and other dealer addons to the MSRP, using as an excuse the "market status". HOWEVER, I could not believe what happened when I contacted MB of Manchester. Immediately I was told the vehicle was available and that the Internet advertised price was my Out-the-Door price with no addons or markups. I was advised that besides the amount I would pay them for the car, I would be responsible for the state taxes at whatever state I decide to register the vehicle. I knew that before hand but the fact that the salesperson issued me immediately a purchase order with the advertised price was unbelievable. To add to my disbelief, I was assured that if I wanted the vehicle they would set it aside for me to arrange financing. This car was a "Showroom Model" and was very difficult for me to find another with those specifications US wide. They could had sell this car easily and asked for more money if they wanted to. However, they were true to their word and held the car for over a week until I was able to wire-transfer the funds and make travel arrangements from North Carolina to New Hampshire. Until now, I am still in AWE, on how this New Car Purchase went through. If you are in the market for a Mercedes-Benz and you did not buy it from MB Manchester, you got taken....no joke. I'm an "extreme attention to detail" retired Senior Network Engineer with 35 years of US Air Force and DoD experience and I dont embellish, exaggerate nor misinterpret the facts. And this purchase was as easy as walking into a shoe store, selecting a pair of shoes and paying at the cashier without someone trying to sell you something else or changing the sale price on you. The BEST vehicle purchase of my long life. BTW: If you're in the market for a Mercedes, definitely ask for Jared in Sales and Joseph in Financing. They honestly dont know I'm writing this. Oh...I was so taken by this experience that when I flew from NC to NH to pickup my New Mercedes, I took Jared and Joseph a gift for each. That's how much I appreciated them. More

Honestly, I don’t even think you actually looked at and started the vehicle. First, I was sold this buy you and added on a warranty at your recommendation.
