In May I purchased my son's car and in June I purchased my SUV from Mercedes Benz of Manchester. On December 3rd I took my SUV in to get its first service at 10k miles. The service advisor notified me that my SUV from Mercedes Benz of Manchester. On December 3rd I took my SUV in to get its first service at 10k miles. The service advisor notified me that my vehicle needs two new back tires as the tread one was 4/32 and the other 5/32. I freaked out. How do you purchase a brand new vehicle and months later you need two new tires and an alignment? On January 2nd my son's car went in for service and now he needs two front tires and an alignment. Mercedes Benz of Manchester never returned any of our calls I even did the chat box as a new potential customer needing tires and no response. I had to contact Mercedes Benz USA and submit a claim It’s been two months and the only thing that has been offered to me is a good-faith offer of $150.00 that expired on February 12th. I am telling you this because for someone who purchased over $112k in cars from your establishment the least you can do is return their phone calls and be fair and make things right. I didn’t want to do this but it has been two months and now I have two cars that were purchased months between each other and now new tires on both. More
