Manchester Mercedes approximated my wait time exactly and were able to do several recall repairs as well as replace my O2 sensor in an extremely reasonable time. The waiting room is comfortable and staff very friendly. I’ll be bringing my business there in the future for sure! More

Very Disappointed - we brought the car in for rear-end warranty work. It took three weeks for Mercedes-Benz of Manchester to get the parts, Calls and emails to service were unanswered. No loaner car wa warranty work. It took three weeks for Mercedes-Benz of Manchester to get the parts, Calls and emails to service were unanswered. No loaner car was offered. When the car was "finished" the exhaust system was making a loud noise. We took it to Meineke and discovered that they had crudely cut off the exhaust system to do the warranty rear-end and then failed to reattach it properly. There were obvious gaps in the exhaust pipes. Also damage was done to various other elements as they crudely removed the old rear-end. This dealership has been deteriorating since it was sold to Prime and then Prime sold it to become Mercedes-Benz of Manchester. This dealership is not up to Mercedes-Benz service standards - or any basic car service standards. More
