Service writer , Mike Cramer , took all my information quickly and accurately. I explained the reason I was there and was asked to wait in the customer lounge. I was informed during the service so I un quickly and accurately. I explained the reason I was there and was asked to wait in the customer lounge. I was informed during the service so I understood what was going on , not left in the blind . Work was done in a timely matter. Most Mercedes dealers I used in the past were not as customer oriented. This was a great experience . As an extra surprise we were offered pizza while we waited in addition to all the snacks that were already available. More

Love the video of the diagnostic. . People are nice and appear to be experts in the field of mercedes diagnostics and repairs. They described the problem i was having clearly however m . They described the problem i was having clearly however miss diagnosed the problem Unfortunately after telling me the suggested repair would fix the issue and doing the repair I paid the 1200 and drove away. I got 100 yards down the road and the original problem.reappeared. Brought the car back immediately and they ran more diagnostics. This time the new estimate was $12000. if I got a complete idea of all the codes it showed I would not have gambled on doing the original work..Ultimately spent 1200 for nothing. A jump from $1200 to $12000, someone didn't do all the diagnostics in the beginning and didn't present a full scenario of all the pending problems. Really disappointed today. More
