It is good to know that some people had a good experience. I had my car towed to Mercedes on a Friday and agreed that a Monday appointment would be okay since it was getting late on Friday. I was sent a confirmation email with the name of my advisor and the day and time of appt. I never heard from the advisor on that Mon, Tuesday or Wednesday, so I called. I was told that I had a different advisor. So I spoke to advisor #2, who did not know why my car was there and said he only knew my name because the registration was in the car. He said he would get it in to be seen by a mechanic. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday go by so I call again. The advisor tells me he has my estimate and will send it to me in ten or so minutes. Well, the rest of Monday goes by, Tuesday goes by and now it is Wednesday. I call and ask to speak to a manager. Manager was on vacation so spoke to Asst. Manager. I told him the story, and he said he would send me the estimate in ten minutes which he did. My estimate was over 13K. I paid the $171 for the one hour of service and had my car towed out of there. I also received emails about how I missed my scheduled appointment on the first Monday even though I had a confirmation and my car was sitting there. This is not the way to run a business. I am so disappointed. I was assigned to Mike C. the first time but when I called to find out why I never heard anything, I was told I was assigned to Mike S. More

My review is in response to a recent maintenance service appointment. The service advisor who helped me was wonderful (Jenny-Lynn Loring), however, all other parts of the experience were not great at al appointment. Upon entering the service area there were 3 advisors standing around, blocking the advisor desks. No one asked if I needed help or if I was looking for an advisor. I went to what seemed as the “info” desk and asked for Gary (who I was told was my service advisor). The gentleman said “is Gary here today?” Not sure how I’d know… He then pointed me to the advisor desks where I had to slalom though other advisors to get to Jenny. I’m thankful I got Jenny - she was awesome. Gary want in that day - not sure why I was told he’d be the advisor to ask for. Lastly when picking up my car, he cashier was meh. Not rude, but not customer experience focused either. Seemed like she couldn’t wait for her shift to be over. More
