While I was great full to get my car in for service, and it started out that the Dealership was proactive in seeing what was needed to make the vehicle properly serviced and I was ready to make a change in it started out that the Dealership was proactive in seeing what was needed to make the vehicle properly serviced and I was ready to make a change in service provider. The Snag Came when I called for an update and spoke to Michael Smith who told me he would check on it and call me right back.He Never did and I had to call back SIX times to get an answer. When the car was ready and I was paying for the service a mysterious $49. Dollar charge was added to the bill as a Shop service charge and was only removed from the bill when I refused to pay for it So now needless to say I will not be using this service center in the future Goodbye Mercedes of Manchester More
