We were traveling from California and had some engine issues with our 2021 Sprinter Van. The Manchester dealership’s service department was able to get us in the day after I called which was a huge relie issues with our 2021 Sprinter Van. The Manchester dealership’s service department was able to get us in the day after I called which was a huge relief. Not being from the area, I waited while the issue was diagnosed and fixed. The customer lounge was very comfortable, complete with complimentary hot and cold beverages and snacks. The Wi-Fi allowed me to work while I waited. I received regular updates and was extremely happy with the service and experience. I felt welcomed and appreciated by all the employees. I highly recommend doing business with the service department. Jon Schiller was my excellent service advisor. More
Love my car but I bought it a week ago on August 26 and it’s already been in the shop twice, first time I had to get the inspection sticker because for some reason I couldn’t get it when I bought the car, it’s already been in the shop twice, first time I had to get the inspection sticker because for some reason I couldn’t get it when I bought the car, then it was in yesterday for another 2 plus hours to reset the computer and the sensors STILL WONT WORK!! Seriously how can I park close to a curb without the beep beep telling me how close I am. Now I have to bring it back again for them to try to fix….. so over it, may not recommend this place to anyone More
