I have waited over a year for parts and after they finally arrived, I was contacted by Manchester Mercedes-Benz for an appointment. The appointment was scheduled to be picked up for the appointment d finally arrived, I was contacted by Manchester Mercedes-Benz for an appointment. The appointment was scheduled to be picked up for the appointment date, offered by the dealership. The job was a 2-3 hr job and I fully expected it to be completed on the day or the day after the car arrived in their shop. Instead, my car sat outside, in the weather..... a situation my cars are not accustomed to. SEVEN days went by, with the dealer advised me the day after my car's appointment that my car was being serviced. After I was advised that the car was in the shop, I heard NOTHING for the next four days. On MONDAY, I contacted the service dept, left a message, asking why I had been lied to. I received a call back, again being told the car was being worked on. The car was finally finished on Tuesday afternoon (one week after they had asked to take the car), but not in time for it to be delivered to my daughter as she had commitments at 3pm. On Wednesday morning the car was delivered to my daughter. I have had work done at this dealership in the past, without incident. This experience was completely unacceptable. First, there was no communication, then the communications were not true. I expect better from Mercedes-Benz. More
Went in for a state inspection. They try to oversell everything, tried to talk to a manager, impossible. Talked to a lady by phone, rude and unprofessional.
