BUYER BEWARE Unfortunately, I have had nothing but a poor experience. My 2022 E Class has been in their shop for the past 4 weekends with major problems; fuel pump, cylinder head, and a coolant line, to poor experience. When I spoke with the General Manager earlier today, he refused to tell me who, above him, I could speak to. When I purchased this car in January 2023, I would never have imagined that I would have to go through such a difficult process to make it right. If Mr. Holloway, former owner, was still operating this dealership none of this would have ever happened. I hope that others don't have to have the same experience that I am dealing with. It is truly unacceptable and inappropriate. You're making a purchase and expecting luxury, but also- standup customer service. I haven't experienced either. More
