With Barrett it was an immediate call back on my email and the ball kept rolling with no bounce. I truly didn't look at my watch at anytime while completing the deal, it was that smooth. Best car-buying experience EVER!!! I took my son to test drive different cars on a Saturday afternoon with no intention of buying a car that day. Mercedes Benz was the last dealership I took my son to test drive different cars on a Saturday afternoon with no intention of buying a car that day. Mercedes Benz was the last dealership we went to that day. We were immediately greeted by Francesco. My son loved the car! I think he liked Francesco more because he was so friendly and knew everything about the car. We talked numbers briefly and I left for the night. Francesco called me first thing Monday morning and asked when I'd like to pick up the car. The buying process took less than an hour from beginning with Francesco to end with finance manager. I have bought a lot of cars in the past and Francesco was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesman I've ever dealt with. It was a great experience all around. I would not have bought a car that day if we would have dealt with another salesman. He has even called my son and me to make sure we are happy with the car and has helped us with some of the features. I hope you buy all my cars from him in the future!!! More
