Good experience I don't believe the service was excellent because not all information regarding taxes and loan was divulged leading me to believe I would have a lower I don't believe the service was excellent because not all information regarding taxes and loan was divulged leading me to believe I would have a lower payment causing me to spend more. I believe it was lying by omission I was honest about what I wanted to pay. There was many opportunities to tell me that the quote was without taxes which would have taken the payment up.
