Cares and provides my service around my schedule to endure less disruption in my schedule. Very truthfull about what is in need of repair. Never get upset when I want a second opinion and receive me back with open arms when I end up back home, hugs and open arms are there. Great Service I had intended to buy a BMW 5 series but stopped in to see how the E series would compare. Joseph greeted me on the parking lot and took me on a test I had intended to buy a BMW 5 series but stopped in to see how the E series would compare. Joseph greeted me on the parking lot and took me on a test drive. He was very informative and detailed about how the car compared to the BMW. I was impressed but had to head to work he sent me a text with a video of himself demonstrating a feature called Apple Play. I told him I would stop by at the end of the day. He had the car I wanted out front and the sales manager ready. In less than thirty minutes we had made a deal and 30 minutes later I was on my way in my new car. Joseph wasn’t pushy and was very knowledgeable about cars. I enjoyed the whole experience and his professionalism. Love the car. More
