You are in and out in 10 minutes or less and before you get there they have your loner car sitting waiting for you. I feel very comfortable with the customer service people that have helped me currently and in the past. They all have a goal, and it is to make sure that all of your concerns, questions are answered completely. I am also very excited about there rewards program. I have been able to apply my credits to my service on my car with no problems. I purchased my car from a dealership in Newport Beach and I would NEVER go there again. You do not get the same vibe from them as you do at MBLN. Thank you for that. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends, family and acquaintances. More

(we even received a call from Andrew the next day asking and making sure we arrived at our home safely.) Again I cannot begin to explain our gratitude for everything. Even still I receive calls from Andrew asking if we have any questions about the vehicle. (This is a level of service and professionalism that you don't see from just anyone!) Brian T, who has sold 4 cars to my parents and 4 cars to me ,who we tracked down because he worked for another dealer previously and Joey, a woman with a burst of energy and car knowledge, made it the easiest purchase yet. I wasn't sure if I was buying a car or an suv. They spent the time I needed to figure it out and they made me a deal that worked for me. I went this Saturday for my 1st car wash- easy breezy, drove right in, they gave me my claim ticket, I grabbed a cup of starbucks and sat outside in the fresh air reading my book and before I knew it I was on my way. I walked over to service to ask a quick question. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. It was leisurely, I have previously purchased my other cars from another dealer and I never wanted to go for car washes or ask questions because of the congestion and crowds. I'm thrilled I chose Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel, I'm happy to give Brian T. and Joey this referral and I'm glad to share this review with all of you. Their 5 star service is true. I have purchased slightly used Mercedes Benz (2003 & 1999 E Class) in the past and have enjoyed owning the cars. Unfortunately, my local Mercedes dealership AND Mercedes Corp. have never recognized me as a "good" customer because I did not buy, nor service my MB's thru the dealership ... so, I had decided not to support the brand any longer. When our financial advisor suggested my wife lease a new car for her Real Estate business, I must say, I cringed a bit knowing I would have to walk into a dealership again. We narrowed the choices to Cadillac, Audi, Jaguar, and, as a last resort, ... you guessed it ...Mercedes Benz. We did our due diligence ... test drove all of the above ... and as it turned out, the wife's 1st choice was the E350 MB. I took advantage of the Costco New Car Program, discussed options via numerous emails with Kekoa & Dustin ... just to ensure my 4 hour round trip commute to the dealership was not in vain ... we reside in the Palm Springs area. When we arrived at the dealership last Saturday afternoon, we were greeted by Alex K. who seemed genuinely concerned about ensuring the leasing of the new car be a positive experience. Alex introduced us to Bernie M. who wasted no time showing my wife the choices available. Three hours later (I understand buying a new car takes an average of 5 hours) we headed home with a new E350. My MANY Thanks to Bernie M. ... for having the patience to allow my wife to change her mind a few times (against my better judgment ... she opted for black) and getting us thru the paperwork so quickly and making the process so "painless", to Alex K ... for making my wife and I feel like we are customers worth having! ... to Kekoa & Dustin, for their initial responses to my quote requests, and their instance that our trip to their dealership would be worth while.
