I’ve been working with Kosta for over 10 years now and have leased about four Mercedes vehicles through him. He is honestly one of the biggest reasons I continue to stay with Mercedes. Kosta has alway have leased about four Mercedes vehicles through him. He is honestly one of the biggest reasons I continue to stay with Mercedes. Kosta has always gone above and beyond for me. Every time I call, he answers, and no matter what question, concern, or problem comes up, he always finds a solution. Even after becoming a manager, he has never stopped being there for me and providing the same personal level of service. When I got my first electric Mercedes, I was nervous about making the switch. Kosta took the time to explain everything to me, made sure I understood how the electric car worked, and completely put me at ease. After more than 10 years, I can truly say that Kosta makes it almost impossible to go anywhere else! 😂 When you find someone you trust who genuinely takes care of you before, during, and long after the sale, you stay with them. Thank you, Kosta, for taking such great care of me all these year. Mercedes is very lucky to have you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More

I've had the pleasure of working with Kosta Spektor at Mercedes-Benz Laguna Niguel for many years, and my experience has been exceptional every single time. Between leasing and purchasing, l've completed Mercedes-Benz Laguna Niguel for many years, and my experience has been exceptional every single time. Between leasing and purchasing, l've completed seven vehicle transactions with Kosta, and that speaks for itself. Kosta consistently provides outstanding customer service, professionalism, and honesty. He takes the time to understand my needs, never applies unnecessary pressure, and always makes the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Whether I was leasing or purchasing, he ensured I found the right vehicle at the right time. What sets Kosta apart is the relationship he builds with his clients. He remembers your preferences, communicates clearly, follows through on his commitments, and truly values long-term customer satisfaction over making a quick sale. That's why I continue to return and confidently recommend him to family and friends. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated Mercedes-Benz sales professional, I highly recommend Kosta Spektor. After seven vehicles, 1 can honestly say he's earned my trust and loyalty. More
