We came to Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel on Labor Day, ready to take advantage of deals and buy a car (recommended by family who are loyal customers). He told us we were wasting his time, mocked us by saying we should use ChatGPT to figure out payments, and refused to give us a manager’s contact. We left and went to another dealership the same day, where we received respectful service and bought a brand-new car with a Labor Day discount. Very disappointed — this dealership lost a serious customer for no reason. More
