I was not in my plans to buy a Mercedes-Benz but once I drove it, I was convinced this was the car for me. Unfortunately, I didn't act fast enough and by the time I went back to buy the car, it was sold. And this is where my journey began. Edries Etemadi from Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel worked diligently to track down the car of my dreams while at the same time, negotiated with my brother for the best deal. The car was literally nowhere to be found. I had specific criteria from which I would not budge and I was prepared to order the car and wait the 3-4 months for it to arrive. While offering me a myriad of options in other cars, Edries patiently continued his search despite the dead ends he continually ran into. Finally, he located the car in route and made all of the arrangements to ensure it would be delivered here. I am convinced this was no small feat. I was so grateful for Edries' persistence in addition to his willingness to deal with my brother who is a tough negotiator. And although I was buying one of the lower priced cars on the lot, Edries worked to get me what I wanted as if I was buying the most expensive car. When my wife asked for a new car, it was only natural to go back to MBLN. We met Bernie Mendez who showed us around, and after some search found the car my wife liked. Bernie was very courteous and professional and with a good sense of humor and he took time to guide my wife through the many options and features the car came with. Costa Spektor and Toni Venti treated me with repect and kindness... big plus Costa makes a fantastic cup of coffee. Costa explained everything to me and showed me as well. We went over the systems of the car together and he encourage me to call him if I had questions in the future. Both Costa and Toni have such a positive "can do" attitude it was refreshing. Costa followed up with me, a few times just to confirm I was doing ok and if he could be of any service to me. Usually people hate going car shopping....but with the kindof team at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel it was a joy and actually fun. With our new addition being 3 months old, one could only imagine the terror we thought we would experience when we got to the dealer. Well, I will tell you right now, it was the complete opposite! Ward Church had such a huge amount of patience with us and all of our questions. He understood our needs and placed us in the perfect car at the perfect price point. When he started explaining all of the amazing safety features the 2015 C300 offered, I could only think of my 3 month old and my wife and how I knew this would be exactly what we needed. If Yelp offered 6 stars I would be giving this review exactly that. Not once during the whole process did I feel like we were being sold or pushed into something we didn't want or need. Ward made sure all of our must haves were met and exceeded. He also took his time showing us around the wonderful dealership and all that they offer.
