They saw things that we noticed on our vehicle, acknowledged it, and went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. The most dreaded experience for me, in the past, was going to the finance department because it feels like you get nickel and dime left-and-right. That was NOT the case here! The finance manager Paul was fantastic. Knew what was important to us, focused on that and helped guide us on the right decisions. Last, we had to bring our 2 year old with us, which can be a stressful experience as a car dealership is usually not a place for toddlers to be but the entire Mercedes team was so gracious and kind to our son.
