CPO not what I thought at least in the service Dept. Brought CPO 2014 E350 in April, during the first big rain in Jacksonville (June) windshield wipers made noise and were fluttering. Was told when I brought the car everything was checked out, wiper blades replaced, etc. Went to the Service Dept. 6/6 to get them replaced, NOTE:: the Car is not two months old. First Rep I went too, I explained my situation and he said fine, go to parts and buy new ones and he would help to put them on. He did not look up my records, etc nothing just talked to me like it was tough luck. I knew the way the conversation was going I was not getting anywhere. Asked to speak to service manager who took care of it within minutes. Thanks very much. I have owned a Brumos car since the 90's and can't say this is the first time I had an issue, but this is the first time I had an Issue within two months of buying car. I paid over 40K for the car, and they would not replace defective wiper blades, I could not believe it. Makes me think that the CPO checkout was rushed. This was at the Southside dealership. Probably won't be going back to that one unless I have too. This might be a minor instance, wiper blades, but it was the small things that use to set them apart from the others, it all comes down to the people that work for them. More
