Purchased a Certified Benz that was exactly the correct price (I know because of 3 months of constant research) and the correct trade in value (same). They played no games and gave me a price IN ADVANCE of price (I know because of 3 months of constant research) and the correct trade in value (same). They played no games and gave me a price IN ADVANCE of my trip to the dealer and, based upon my emailed photos, gave me a trade-in value IN ADVANCE that they honored once they could see the vehicle in person. Offered me the standard F&I (Finance and Insurance) extended warranty and enhancement options that I declined without any pressure. If I needed another deal like this, I will return to a dealer that operates this way. More

Terrible experience. Deceptive sales tactics combined with extremely pushy management make this dealership a poor choice, unless you don't mind being talked down to and/or taken advantage of.
