Sales Practices After some negotiation, I informed the sales person the maximum I would pay for the 2016 Benz S-550. The sales person took my credit card for a depos After some negotiation, I informed the sales person the maximum I would pay for the 2016 Benz S-550. The sales person took my credit card for a deposit and went to see the sales manager. Five minutes later a "Closer" named Shaun came into the office and attempted to INCREASE the price by $3,000. At which time I told him I was going elsewhere and to please return my credit card. I am convinced that if you want the best price for one of their vehicles, you MUST WALK out at least once. The sales manager likes to play games. You can beat them by walking out, checking availability on the internet or other dealerships. When the "closer" walks in, you walk out the door. More
