We asked Behar about a ride to the Saint Johns Towne Center while we waited and he offered us a shuttle or to pay for an Uber. Behar called me when the service was completed, and he had the shuttle back to bring us to the dealership very quickly. This is our third Mercedes and we have never experienced such excellence in service. Thank you More

I was called a told the car was ready. I called an hour ahead to tell them I was on the way. The paperwork was still not ready and I had to wait.
